Reggae Roast are back again with another slice of forward thinking Reggae music! Their second artist album 'We Rule The Dance' has been setting dances alight across the globe on dubplate for many months now. They've signed up one of the top up and coming UK producers in the UK, Interrupt alongside a great emerging vocalist, Tenor Youthman, highlighting their ability to spot raw talent first.

'We Rule The Dance' LP is packed full of deep & heavy baseline bubblers, built to test any soundsystem! Featuring contemporary updates of 80's digital style riddims, this album is full to the brim with big basslines, authentic Casio keyboard licks and airhorns.

This release is sure to set any dancehall on fire!

Interrupt only starting producing in 2012 and is quickly gaining recognition as one of the most exciting UK producers on the scene. His takes on the digital Reggae style of the late 1980's are some of the best out there. Now based in London, Interrupt continues to provide his own individual upbeat vibe, which features old-school drum machines, bold basslines and colourful synthesizers. Having worked with Speng Bond, Cubiculo Records and Spanish singers Ponchita Peligros & George Palmer, he already has significant hits under his belt and shows no signs of slowing down.

Tenor Youthman is a singjay, producer and sound system pioneer hailing from Moscow, Russia, where he leads Lion Posse Sound System, one of Russia's first genuine reggae sound systems. His vocal style is heavily influenced by the 'Hill and Gully Rider' style of singers such as Nitty Gritty, King Kong & Tenor Saw, whose unique voices rose to fame in the 1980s. Tenor Youthman continues this tradition with his own take on the style, combining a message of consciousness, humbleness, and satirical lyrics.

Reggae Roast is building a formidable catalogue featuring some of the most exciting artists in the UK and beyond. Key players in the resurgence of the UK Roots scene over the past 5 years, they are a leading light in the new generation of dub music. Look out for plenty more releases in the 2016 from the likes of Vibration Lab, Adam Prescott, Brother Culture, Rockers From South & Boom Skeng and many more.
